Everytime I need to see a Doctor at this surgery, I become more and more impressed with the service and how my medical issues are being handled. I have a lot of problems at the moment, on and off. I have recently seen Dr Panhwer and he is fantastic. He is helping me so much. He wants to help me. All the doctors I've seen have been fantastic. Sometimes the appointment system is a little up and down, the way things are filtered are not always top notch but they are absolutely worth keeping on with.

I am very impressed with the service and care I have received at all times either on the phone or in person at either surgery over the last 18 years. I am almost an octogenarian and cannot thank them enough. Keep up the good work.

I hesitate every time I am in pain and need to make an appointment to see a doctor , because always I have to begging the receptionist and sometimes in tears and the answer is always negative and very unkind responses by saying there is-no doctor available for the next two to three months time. It is what a shame that this surgery use to be one of the best in West Sussex and now is the worse!!!
